How does one break down old habits and make new ones. Is there a way of thinking about this, which will help find motivation to change?
What is it that causes habits?

Whatever you pay attention to becomes your life.

If you are paying a great deal of attention to something, a thought, an action etc then of course the energy of this becomes more prevalent therefore you become accustomed to it and it becomes a “habit”.

I believe the more you pay attention daily to the formula of Mind, Body, Spirit the more you are able to focus on the patterns that really serve you.

By doing this you build up a balanced energy that allows you to create “habits” that really work well for you in life.

Sometimes saying to those habits ‘I am at peace with you, and its time to move on” also helps.
